I am an Aquatic Ecologist with over 20 years of research experiences working on benthic ecology, biodiversity, aquatic pollution, marine fisheries and coastal aquaculture. To gather theoretical knowledge and develop research skills I was fortunate to study in prestigious institutions including Hull University ( UK), University Brunei Darussalam (Brunei), George Mason University ( USA), and AMRI ( Australia). From my research, I have published more than 150 scientific articles and books in top level journals. Currently I am working as Professor at Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. Research Interests include coastal benthic biodiversity, Aquatic pollution, coastal aquaculture, marine fisheries and climate change.
