Lalu Muhammad Irham

Dr. Lalu Muhammad Irham is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Indonesia, and an adjunct researcher at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University, Thailand. He earned his Ph.D. from the School of Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy, Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. His research interests encompass pharmacogenomics, human genomics, genomic variation, population genetics, clinical bioinformatics, precision medicine, drug repurposing, and translational biomedical research. He has authored numerous publications in international peer-reviewed journals and actively contributes to scientific communication, research mentoring, and academic capacity building. Recognized among the World's Top 2% Scientists in 2025 by Stanford University and Elsevier, his work focuses on leveraging large-scale genomic and multi-omics data to understand the impact of genetic variation on biological and clinical phenotypes, facilitate novel drug discovery, and advance precision healthcare. Drawing upon his professional experience as both a clinical pharmacist and bioinformatician, he actively collaborates with international researchers in genetics, genomics, and biomedical sciences.
