Yongzhong Feng,male,was born in November 1972 in Weiyuan County,Gansu Province,China,is the Doctor of Science, associate professor and Master tutor. Mr.Feng earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Gansu Agriculture University in July，1999 and Master of Science in Ecology professional form the Northwest A&F University.Then he achieved his Doctor degree in Science in July,2006.Now he is the deputy director at department of agriculture in the College of Agriculture of Northwest A&F University.
