Yonghao Ni

Dr. Ni is a tenured and distinguished professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of New Brunswick (UNB). Prof. Ni is also a fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering and International Academy of Wood Science. He graduated from McGill University in Canada and received his Ph.D. degree in 1992. Since 1992, he has worked as a director in Limerick Pulp and Paper Centre in UNB, and his research interest has been focused on the nanocellulose chemistry and materials, biorefinery in pulp and paper industry and paper-based smart senor and packing materials, etc. Recent years, he has published more than 450 papers, and has been awarded more than 37 invention patents.
