Xin Luo

Xin Luo (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2011. He is currently a Professor of Data Science and Computational Intelligence with the College of Computer and Information Science, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. He has authored or coauthored over 200 papers (including over 100 IEEE Transactions papers) in the areas of big data analysis and graph learning. Dr. Luo was the recipient of the Outstanding Associate Editor Award from IEEE/CAA JOURNAL OF AUTOMATICA SINICA in 2020. He is currently serving as a Deputy-Editor-in-Chief for IEEE/CAA JOURNAL OF AUTOMATICA SINICA, and an Associate Editor for IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON NEURAL NETWORKS AND LEARNING SYSTEMS.
