Dr. Valeria Ferretti was born in Ferrara (18-01-1958). Graduated in Chemistry at the University of Ferrara magna cum laude (1981), she became researcher of the Science Faculty in 1983. Stage at the ‘Laboratorium für Chemische und Mineralogiche Kristallographie’, Bern University (CH), supervisor Prof. Hans-Beat Bürgi (1985).
