Tao Xu obtained his B.S.(2009) and Ph.D.(2016) degrees at Southeast University in China. He was appointed to the faulty after graduating from the School of Electronic Science and Engineering in 2016, and promoted to associate professor in 2019. His current research interests focus on nanoscale structural evolution of electronic materials under various stimuli, and in situ transmission electron microscopy.
