Omar Dagdag

Omar Dagdag is a research professor at the Center for Structures and Composite Materials, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Gachon University, Republic of Korea. He completed his PhD in Organic Chemistry and polymers from Ibn Tofail University, Morocco, in 2019. His research interests focus on the synthesis of new epoxy resins (Synthesis, cross-linking, thermosetting composites, and nanocomposites) and studying their rheological, thermal, and dielectric behavior. Applications as reactive flame retardants, organic coatings, and corrosion inhibitors. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 SCI-indexed papers in peer-reviewed international journals (citations: 3374, H index: 34) and 25 chapter books.
