Associate Fellow Nemanja Rancic, MD. PhD. is a clinical pharmacology researcher affiliated to the largest military university clinic in South-Eastern Europe - Military Medical Academy and associated Medical Faculty University of Defence, Belgrade, Serbia. He graduated from School of Medicine, University of Belgrade, Serbia while his PhD thesis was defended in the field of clinical pharmacology as applied to renal transplantation surgery. His publishing track record over the past decade focuses on clinical trials, forensic medicine and applied health economics in clinical medicine. So far, Dr Rancic has published more than 55 full text peer reviewed papers including 29 being indexed at Medline and has current citation rate of 196. Most of his publication track record focuses on clinical trials in renal failure, mental illnesses inclusive of addiction disorders, health economics of cancer and crosses to a certain extent to forensic medicine issues. He has ben serving as a peer-reviewer for a variety of high profile biomedical journals. So far, Dr Rancic remains a member of Editorial boards of Frontiers in Health Economics, Pharmacologia and Serbian Journal of Anesthesia and Intensive Therapy. Being an expert in biomedical statistics he has participated in a variety of multinational trials including the ones in the field of health economics challenges in the emerging global markets.
