I am a conservation biologist dedicated to the study of the evolution, biogeography and macroecology of small neotropical vertebrates, with emphasis on amphibians and reptiles. I am part of the research unit team of Instituto Nacional de Biodiversidad (INABIO) of Ecuador, where I develop lines of research in integrative taxonomy, monitoring of threatened species and bioecological characterization in areas of importance for conservation.
