I am a professor and researcher with the ATLAS Group at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My main area of interest and expertise is the search for non-resonant and resonant Higgs boson pairs besides Standard Model precision measurements. I work on b-tagging and tau physics at the ATLAS experiment and with data quality investigation and software development for the ATLAS Liquid Argon Calorimeter.
In the context of the HL-LHC and future colliders, my interest lies on physics studies for advanced 4-dimensional trackers with ultra fast timing and extreme spatial resolution.
I did my PhD at the University of Sao Paulo, where I worked with quarkonium production at the PHENIX experiment at RHIC.
