简介

Mohammed Daoud obtained the university doctorate in theoretical physics from the university Claude Bernard Lyon-I and the state doctorate in mathematical physics from Mohamed V University (Rabat). He is a professor of higher education in the physics department of the Faculty of Sciences of Ibn Tofail University (Kenitra-Morocco). He has visited as a researcher, visiting professor or associate member several universities or research centers (Germany, Canada, Spain, United States, France, Italy, Poland). He is responsible or partner in several research projects both nationally and internationally. Professor Mohammed Daoud is a founding member of Moroccan Network of Quantum Information. He is currently the national coordinator of this group, which brings together the majority of moroccan scientists, working in quantum information physics. He is the vice president and founding member of the Moroccan Society of Mathematical Physics. He is a member founder of several national (RNPT, RENAPT, RHEMAP) and international scientific networks like the "ICTP Regional Network: Novel Approaches to Mesoscopic Phenomena" bringing together countries: Armenia, Brazil, Turkey and Morocco. He has supervised several scientific research works, PhD theses and various research programs in theoretical physics and mathematics. Mohammed Daoud's work in quantum physics focuses on the theories of interaction processes radiation-matter, the theory of quantum coherence and systems of coherent and intelligent states, quantum Hall, fractional quantum statistics, fractional supersymetry, entanglement phenomena in quantum systems, quantum cryptography and quantum computing. Mohammed Daoud's research work in mathematical physics focuses on the theory of groups and their representations to take advantage of symmetries in quantum systems. He is also interested in quantum algebras to study deformed symmetries. He also used the methods of algebraic and symplectic geometry to explain the quantum-classical transition and provide a geometric description of the phenomena of quantum decoherence. Mohammed Daoud is a member of several scientific expert committees (CNRST-Morocco, CONICYTChile,CNCS-Romania). He is a member editor of Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and general and African journal of Mathematical Physics. He is also refere for several international journals in theoertical physics and quantum information theory. Mohammed Daoud has organized several national and international conferences in collaboration with national and international partners. He has initiated a regular cycle of thematic meetings so that Moroccan researchers can meet and discuss recent developments in quantum information physics, theoretical physics and mathematical physics. Mohammed Daoud has numerous collaborations with Moroccan and international colleagues around different themes falling within its areas of expertise. Currently, Mohammed Daoud is the coordinator of the Moroccan quantum information network. Mohammed Daoud was elected, in 2009, a regular associate member of the International Center of Physics Theoretical (ICTP) and was appointed, in 2012 and then in 2017 by the Minister of Higher Education, expert at the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST-Morocco).
