Jiaqi Wang

Dr. Jiaqi Wang mainly focuses on dairy cow nutrition and milk quality research. He studied the interaction between feed nutrition and rumen microbial community, explored the mechanism of heat stress affecting the metabolism and milk quality of dairy cows, and analyzed the signal pathway of milk component synthesis in dairy cow mammary gland. He developed China dairy cow feeding GAP standard and proposed the risk assessment system of harmful factors such as mycotoxins, heavy metals and veterinary drug residues in milk products.
