He implemented a method of intensive high-dose methotrexate and immunochemotherapy of Burkitt lymphoma as well as a clinical program of high-dose therapy with hematopoietic cell transplantation at the Department of Lymphoid Malignancies, Oncology Institute in Warsaw. He initiated accession of the Oncology Institute to the European Leukemia Net and the European Mantle Cell Lymphoma Network in 2004, and was a primary investigator of essential clinical studies led within these Networks in Poland. Founder Member of the Polish Lymphoma Research Group and a primary investigator of key prospective clinical trials run by the Group. ESMO Faculty Member for Hematologic Malignancy term 2015-2016.
