Prof. Jose Alberto Rubiño Martin did his degree in Physics at the University of Granada (1993-1998), and his PhD in Astrophysics at the University of La Laguna (1998-2002). He is staff member at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) since 2014, and full professor since 2021. His research area is Cosmology, and in particular, he works in the study of the Cosmic Microwave Background, the large scale structure of the Universe, physical processes that emit in radio wavelengths, and galaxy clusters.
